Appointment Intake Form

Our goal is to help every child travel safely! Please complete the form below to request a Car Seat Safety appointment. The information you provide helps our Certified Passenger Safety Technicians learn about your family, recommend the appropriate seat(s), and ensure we have the resources needed to best support you. Once your form is received, you will be contacted by a technician to schedule your appointment.

Child Abuse Sucks.

What if we told you, you could prevent it?

Every day, we see the impact child abuse has on children, families, and entire communities. We see the pain it causes, the challenges it creates, and the lasting effects across generations.

We see something else too:

the gaps.

The missed opportunities. The places where support, education, or connection

could have changed the outcome.

That’s why Prevention exists.

Our Prevention Department works every day to fill those gaps before harm occurs. We’ve seen children disclose abuse because of the lessons they received in school. We’ve seen families find support through community connections. We’ve seen children build confidence, find belonging, and connect with trusted adults through prevention programming.

We don’t just believe in prevention.

We know it works.

Today,

Through first-hand experience and decades of research, we know that preventative work helps protect children and reduce abuse.

that work is at risk.

Without adequate funding, we risk losing prevention services across Clare, Gladwin, & Missaukee counties - services that children and families rely on. If that happens, our communities lose a valuable layer of protection for its most vulnerable members.

We all agree that child abuse is unacceptable. If we truly want to be a community that does not tolerate it, we must take action. Acknowledging the problem is not enough. We must be a part of the solution.

Investing in the programs, education, and people working every day to prevent abuse, is an investment in our children.

Children need strong roots to grow safe, healthy, and resilient.
